We had a simple home cooked lunch to thank God for another month of happiness and blessing with our little rascal.
My Mom Traditional Spaghetti.
Recipe:
1 kilo angel hair's noodles
1 pack UFC spaghetti sauce
1 bottle UFC ketchup
1/2 kilo ground pork
6 pcs jumbo hotdog
1/4 onion
Cheese for toppings
Salt
Sugar
Star margarine
Directions:
1. Boil the noodles (follow the instructions), sprinkle some salt and oil to the water. Then set aside.
2. Saute onions with star margarine, add ground pork and hotdogs.
3. Add the UFC spaghetti sauce, UFC ketchup and seasoned with salt and sugar.
4. Mix the noodles and spaghetti sauce.
5. Add cheese and bake for at least 15 minutes. Serve hot.
Salt and pepper spareribs:
1 kilo spareribs
Garlic
Salt and Pepper Spareribs
Recipe:
1 kilo spareribs
Garlic
Salt and pepper
Lemon and Sugar
Eggs and cornstarch
Cooking oil
Directions:
1. Marinate the spareribs with garlic, salt, pepper, lemon and sugar for at least 4 hours.
2. Pour in the scrambled eggs and add the cornstarch
3. Deep fry and set aside.
4. In the same pan but remove some excess oil, sauté the remaining garlic, add salt and pepper.
5. Transfer the spareribs to the mixture. Enjoy!
Kangkong with a Twist
Recipe:
Fresh kangkong
Garlic
Evaporated milk
Salt or Patis
Chicharon
Directions:
1. Saute garlic, add fresh kangkong leaves and simmer for few minutes.
2. Add the evaporated milk and seasoned with salt or patis.
3. Toppings with chicharon.
